On the basis of approved production plans, prefabrication is contracted to leading mass timber manufacturers in Europe, primarily to KLH (www.klh.at) and Binderholz (www.binderhold.com) for solid wood slabs and Hasslacher (www.hasslacher.com) for glulam beams and columns. Processed with advanced CNC systems at optimal accuracy, our structural elements are exclusively produced according to project specifications. In addition to standard cutting, made-to-order special cuts are executed in-factory (including openings for doors, windows, utility piping, and ductwork). As a result, in close cooperation with our manufacturing partners, we can reach the highest level of customized prefabrication and minimize construction timeline and project site operations. Upon request, surface preservative treatments are also applied prior to delivery.
